Italy, Europe and UK: shipping times from 3 to 7 days.
Other countries: shipping times from 4 to 12 days.
Italy and Europe: always free shipping.
Other countries: free shipping over 300 euros spent.
Shipments to countries that are not part of the European Union are subject to controls and customs taxes. To see if your country applies customs charges and the precise amount, we advise you to contact the local customs office.
From our experience we can say that there are no customs fees in the following countries:
USA: free for amounts below $800
United Kingdom: duty free. 20% VAT tax requested on delivery
Canada: duty free. Local taxes requested on delivery
Australia: free for amounts below $1,500
Most Middle East countries: duty free
There may be others, but these are the most known.
There is no way of shipping goods by declaring prices lower than what was paid or by declaring the goods as gifts. We do not process these type of requests since it would be illegal.
Diva Shoes will be held liable for the loss of a package or for possible damages to the goods during shipment. Any responsibility for late deliveries, and loss and damage of goods sent to the transportation companies that will provide for partial or total reimbursement for damages, on a case to case basis.
Upon receiving the package we advise you to check that it is whole, and without openings or tears evident from the outside, and to reject it if it does have these defects. Should you accept the damaged package you will assume all the liabilities and exempt Diva Shoes from any reimbursement obligation.
