At Diva shoes we accept returns of defective merchandise,the products purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days,the product you want to exchange must be in perfect conditions and shows no signs of wear.
The returned items must be in the same conditions as sent with their original box.The exchange can only be made after contacting our customer service who will provide you with a return code together with the shipping instructions.
After we receive the defective merchandise and after we verify the defect we will proceed with the exchange. Diva shoes reserves the right to refuse acceptance of items sent without our prior authorization.
In case of defective merchandise or simply the customer wants to change size, the customer pays the cost of shipping to send back the merchandise to us,and Diva shoes will cover the cost of shipping to send it back to the customer.
